Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ascent Atelier

At Ascent Atelier, we are committed to delivering high-value coaching services. Due to the digital nature of our programs and immediate access to proprietary content, our refund policy ensures fairness and protects against misuse.

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

By purchasing any of our coaching sessions, digital products, or program access, you agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including:

  • Non-usage of services
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend scheduled sessions
  • Claims of unauthorized purchase using prepaid/gift cards

All services provided by Ascent Atelier are considered delivered and consumed upon purchase or booking confirmation.

Proof of Delivery & Service Use

We maintain secure records of:

  • IP address and device used during purchase
  • Timestamp of purchase and content access
  • Attendance logs or recordings
  • Login activity to portals or materials
  • Confirmation emails sent

These documents serve as proof of service delivery and will be submitted to payment processors in the event of a chargeback.

Gift Card Purchases

Purchases made using Visa, MasterCard, or Amex prepaid/gift cards are subject to the same refund terms.

Chargeback attempts after accessing services will be treated as fraudulent. We reserve the right to:

  • Report the issue to the card issuer
  • Ban access to all future services
  • Pursue legal action if necessary

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns, contact us at support@ascentatelier.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy and will be disputed with full evidence.
